300g Squid – cleaned and cut into rings and
Keep the squid ink sac.

1 Tumeric – tbsp
1 Red onion – chopped
2 Chillies – chopped
2 Garlic – cloves, chooped
1 Lemongrass – bruised
1 Oyster Sauce – tbsp

Season to taste with Salt, Sugar & Pepper
