here are the ingredients :
500g Chicken – Breast, cut into small pieces
1 carrot – diced
1 spring onion – stalk, finely chopped
2 ginger – 1inch slices x 2
1 chicken stock – cube, you can add more if you like.
1 sesame oil – tablespoon
1.25L – Boiling water
Season to taste with salt and pepepr.
This recipe serves five, best eaten with condiments and kicap manis. Good luck & Enjoy!
